Зимняя рыбалка в Финляндии
Финляндия – страна потомственных рыбаков. Люди здесь круглый год имеют доступ к живописнейшим озерам в уединенных природных уголках, с первого взгляда отличают речного лосося от морского, без запинки могут перечислить все необходимые для удачной рыбалки снасти и наживки. Может, поэтому сами финны рыбачат не очень часто – зачем, если лицензия на год стоит всего 39 евро и устроить себе незапланированный эко-уикенд можно в любой момент?
Другое дело – российские туристы. Вот кто может по-настоящему оценить великолепные финские условия, богатые рыбой водоемы и развитую сферу рыболовных услуг.
Сайма: рыбалка «под ключ»
Площадь озера Сайма (Saimaa) — 54 тысячи га. В этом водоеме водятся чуть ли не все виды финских рыб: щука, судак, лещ, окунь, форель, язь, налим, жерех, сиг, лосось, плотва. В бассейне этого древнего, оставшегося после таяния ледников, озера обитают реликтовые сайменские нерпы, но встреча с этим животным маловероятна, а вот королевский улов фактически гарантирован.
Любители дикой (хотя и порядком окультуренной) природы обычно останавливаются в коттедже на берегу, а ловят с воды, арендуя яхту, катер или весельную лодку летом и просверливая лунки зимой. Путешественники, которым интересно не только порыбачить, но и походить по музеям и познакомиться с урбанистической культурой Финляндии, могут ловить рыбу прямо в черте города Савонлинна и Миккели.
Что нужно для зимней рыбалки
1. Лицензия. Впрочем, она требуется в любое время года, исключение делается только для детей (до 18 лет) и пенсионеров (старше 64 лет). Разрешение на рыбалку состоит из двух документов: государственного сбора
(считайте – налога) и местной лицензии. За возможность неделю беспрепятственно ловить рыбку любым желаемым способом придется отдать государству 12 евро, разрешение на сутки стоит 5 евро.
Лицензия не требуется, если вы планируете ограничиться одной зимней мормышкой и парочкой крючков на
леске. Если предполагается более серьезное снаряжение – лучше не пожалеть денег на уплату взноса, штраф за браконьерство выйдет дороже.
Кроме того, в некоторых акваториях требуется разрешение владельца, но озеро Сайма не является частной собственностью, для него такой документ оформлять не нужно.
2. Снаряжение. Для зимней рыбалки это как минимум бур и мормышка. Впрочем, даже неопытный рыбак вряд ли выйдет на лед неэкипированным: в Миккели предостаточно магазинов для туристов-походников. Там вы не только найдете все необходимое, но и получите квалифицированную консультацию продавца, который с удовольствием поможет вам подобрать полный комплект снастей и всего остального, начиная от теплых сапог и заканчивая сделанными вручную блеснами местного производства.
3. Знание местных правил. Например, в стране Суоми нельзя ловить мелкую рыбу – так гарантируется, что на следующий год в озерах снова будет достаточно щук, судаков и форели. Минимальный порог для потенциального улова – 30-60 см в зависимости от вида рыбы.
Впрочем, можно нанять местного гида-рыболова, и он сам оформит вам документы, поможет подобрать снаряжение и будет зорко следить, чтобы вы по незнанию не нарушили какой-нибудь финский закон.
